الرؤية
يسعى قسم اللغة الإنكليزية إلى أن يكون رائداً ومتميزاً في تعليم اللغة والأدب والترجمة والبحث العلمي، وأن يسهم في إعداد كوادر مؤهلة تمتلك كفاءة لغوية وثقافية عالية، قادرة على مواكبة التطورات العالمية وخدمة المجتمع.
الرسالة
يعمل القسم على تهيئة بيئة تعليمية وبحثية متكاملة لتطوير مهارات الطلبة في اللغة الإنكليزية وآدابها والترجمة، مع تنمية التفكير النقدي والثقافي لديهم، وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل المحلي والإقليمي والعالمي، بما ينسجم مع متطلبات الجودة الأكاديمية والمعايير الدولية.
